Vinyasa is a specific type of yoga where your body and breath work and move together as one. It encompasses a dynamic flow that challenges the body and soothes the mind. We will alternate between small mediations and Pranayama (breathwork). Vinyasa offers many possibilities in movements and transitions so it is suitable for both - beginners and advanced practitioners.
